To give your tiles a deep clean take a bucket of hot water and add a couple of drops of mild dish soap to it. Most will etch unsealed tile such as natural stone and are consequently meant only for use with ceramic or porcelain tile. Use your mesh cleaning pad microfiber cloth or a hard bristled brush to help the cleanser do its job by scrubbing tiles until they shine. Over time shower tiles collect a film of soap scum and hard water deposits which diminishes the shine.

Spray your chosen bathroom cleaner onto the tiles and leave it to dissolve the dirt for a minute. Wear gloves and work in small 3 foot square sections. In addition the high gloss tile sealer helps to protect the tile floors to keep them looking great even longer. When you have tough soap scum or dirt buildup on tile floors you can return the shine by combining common household items to create a powerful cleaner.

Used as as both flooring and for bathrooms tile is highly durable and cleans up nicely. Once the tile floors are cleaned using any of the natural options a high gloss tile sealer can be applied on the tile floor to give it a little extra shine. Ordinary soap and water does little to cut through hard water spots and soap scum. Run your shower at a high temperature until the room is filled with steam.

Add 1 gallon of warm water to the ingredients and stir slightly to combine them well. This is a job you can easily do yourself so give it a go first before you do anything else. Over time though tile can begin to loose its shine. This will make the tiles shine and fill your bathroom with a fresh citrus aroma.

If the tiles have been around for a while your tile restoration may just include a good cleaning to restore their shine. To restore shine to the tiles you need to remove the grime from the tile surface. When you want heavy duty shine on your bathroom tiles you can employ a trick of the housekeeping trade. Fill a small container with lemon juice.

Saturate a clean sponge in the lemon juice and wipe down the bathroom tiles. The condensation will loosen any grime and make it easier to clean the tiles. Let it sit for 5 minutes and scrub the grout again. Combine 1 2 cup of white vinegar with 1 2 cup of ammonia and 1 4 cup of borax.
